TCL Personal Training is based in the beautiful outdoors in sunny Brisbane!
Thus, we can come to you – the main areas of training will be:
- Roma Street Parklands,
- South Bank Parklands,
- Bottom and Top of Kangaroo Point Cliffs,
- New Farm Park,
- Parklands under the Story Bridge
- and
many more.
The locations will be dependent on each client and their goals. Obviously, if your goal is to increase your running endurance for an upcoming Fun Run, there will be a meeting and finishing point, and the training session will be conducted all over the city and surrounding areas. Again, if your goal is to simply increase your fitness levels focusing on improving your posture – the locations will vary also.
