Health Consultation

Before we can start doing some of the fun huffy puffy stuff, we need to conduct a simple initial consultation.
Don’t worry! This isn’t our time to sit down and slap you over the wrist! It’s just the best method to gather all the information required in order to develop the most FUN, SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE activity program for each client!

Typically the health and fitness consultation will cover the following aspects:

  • Your most important personal health and fitness goal
  • If your wanting to ‘be fitter’, ‘improve self-confidence’, ‘gain strength’ or ‘look your absolute best’
  • Understand why this changes are important to you
  • Deciding upon a time-frame – knowing when your goals needs to be achieved.
  • Determine how many days and hours per day you wish to dedicate to your health and fitness
  • Identifying any underlying medical conditions which may prevent you from certain exercises
  • Filling out a medical history questionnaire
  • Recording a few performance measurements – in order to set a benchmark for future results
  • Conduct a concise postural assessment
  • Having a quick nutritional chat
